Scorecard Report

This report displays a summary of KPIs linked to a particular scorecard. The report has been upgraded within the new cammsstrategy release.

STEP 1: To access this report, go to Reporting > Performance Management > select the 'Scorecard Report-standard'.

STEP 2: Select the relevant criteria and click the 'Preview' button.

The filters available to sort the details are:

Filters	Description	Default Selection
Date Select	Use 'From' and To' fields to select the date range	Current financial year
Hierarchy	Flexible hierarchy filter for Organisational, Planning and Custom Hierarchies NOTE: Scorecards being filtered into this report must be linked against the selected hierarchy node.	Organisation
Scorecard	Select the specific Scorecard you would like to show	Show All
Show Target/Actual	Tick this box will manage Target/Actual display within the report.	Ticked ON
Show KPI Comments	Tick this box to show the KPI period comments	Ticked ON
Show Scorecard Comments	Tick this box to show the scorecard comments	Ticked ON
Show Traffic Lights	Tick this box to show the traffic lights column	Ticked ON
Show YTD Performance	Displays YTD Performance section if this is ticked	Ticked ON
Display Confidential Actions and KPIs	Tick this box to display the confidential KPIs. Note: if you do not have access to view confidential then you will not see this filter	Ticked OFF
